Following initial market testing, potential development opportunities include a cinema development within the market hall supported by food and beverage, retail units and community space.
Whilst some re-organisation may be required to the passenger waiting area (should development proposals come forward), it should be noted that the proposals do not affect existing bus or taxi services available from this location.
The survey, which is open until 24 November, seeks views on the draft Development brief which will form part of the document inviting formal expressions of interest in the site from developers and/or operators. Financial viability will be key to any development proposals for part or the whole of the site being progressed.
