New Council Housing for Dales?

Our Commercial Board will be asked on 13 March if the District Council should pursue the idea of potentially investing in a modest programme of up to 50 new Council Houses for affordable rent and shared ownership.

Other agenda items at the 6pm meeting at Matlock Town Hall will include an update on the creation of a limited liability partnership (LLP) between the council and PSP Facilitating Ltd (PSP), to be called PSP Derbyshire Dales LLP, and an update on the progress to develop or dispose of assets formerly and currently used as public conveniences.
