View the results from the six Derbyshire Dales divisions in the County Council elections on 4 May. The average turnout across the Dales was 44.3%.
As the Conservatives regained control of Derbyshire County Council from Labour, here in the Derbyshire Dales the new controlling group held four of the six divisions, Labour narrowly held off the Conservatives in Wirksworth by just 28 votes and the Liberal Democrats regained Matlock from Labour.
Derbyshire Dales District Council organised the election in the Dales, and the count took place in the main sports hall at our Arc Leisure Matlock. Here are the Dales results:
