Hulland Conservation Area is predominantly a rural area.

The boundary includes The Green and land north of the A515, and land and buildings along Trough Lane to the south of the A515.

The original designation of Hulland Conservation Area was in February 1991. There have been no further amendments to the boundary. It currently comprises 6.0 hectares.

Within Hulland Conservation Area there are 11 buildings, of which 6 are listed entries, all Grade II.

Hulland Conservation Area contains no Scheduled Monuments.
