The Rutland Recreation Ground in Bakewell provides fun and enjoyment for people of all ages. It is set in 5.25 hectares of land, and has great outdoor sporting facilities.
In the south east corner where the river meanders around the edge of the park a new wildflower meadow has been created, a perfect area to sit and relax.
The park is just a few minutes' walk away from the town centre of Bakewell, so you can buy sandwiches and drinks and have a picnic in the summer.
