Homeless emergency

If you are homeless owing to an emergency situation, outside of office hours or at the weekend, please call Derbyshire County Council for advice and assistance - telephone 08456 058 058 or 01629 532600. More about homelessness.

Waste & Recycling

Crews are working as normal over the Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday - Thursday 2 and Friday 3 June so all collections will take place on your normal collection day.  If you have a jubilee street party planned please make sure bin crews can access containers by leaving them at the end of your street if necessary. Unfortunately any collection missed due to accessibility issues will not count as a missed collection. Details of which containers to put out and can be found using our 'when is my collection?' search facility.

Report a missed bin here or order a replacement container online.

Details of changes to bin collections are also advertised on our Facebook page, on Twitter and through our free e-newsletter.
