New telephony platform launches 18 March

On 18 March we're launching a new Cloud-based telephone platform - so please bear with us as the new system beds in as there could be some disruption during the switchover.

As an alternative, please do your business with us online. You can apply, pay, request and report issues such as missed waste collections.

As Covid continues, introducing the more flexible telephone platform has never been more important and exciting functions of the new platform include:
  • allowing calls, messaging and meetings to take place all within one easily accessible system
  • enabling all users to remain connected no matter what the environment
