Hall Leys Park – BOATS & TRAINS

The existing agreement is being extended. The longer lease will allow the lessee to invest in the facilities to make them more environmentally friendly and sustainable. The boats and trains will be electrified to remove the use of diesel. It is considered that it will improve this facility and amusement within the park.

The land subject to the lease is under the train track and kiosk and includes the lake and brick store as detailed in the plan below. The terms are commercial and suitable for a public park.
