Derbyshire Dales to move into Tier 2

The Derbyshire Dales moves into the COVID HIGH Alert Level (Tier 2) from 00:01 this Saturday, 31 October.

The Government's announcement that all of Derbyshire becomes Tier 2 from the early hours of Saturday comes as the rate of COVID19 infections continues to rise rapidly across the UK.

The Department of Health & Social Care announced on Thursday that after close discussion with local leaders, a number of areas would move from the Medium to High Local COVID Alert Level.
