Food waste collections in the Derbyshire Dales will return to weekly from Monday 27 July.
Since the end of March the collections have been fortnightly to enable reduced crews due to coronavirus impacts to prioritise household waste and recycling rounds.
The usual annual delivery of caddy liners for 2020 has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak and will now take place in September.
In the current circumstances any biodegradable bag which conforms to the BS:EN13432 standard and which displays the compostable logo can be used. Food waste can also be placed directly in the food caddy.
Residents can check on their collection date using the online postcode calendar at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/whenismycollection
