We recognise that, for some customers, visiting our offices or contacting us by phone is their only viable option and we will retain those services for them. However, for an ever increasing number of people, the internet is the “go to” place for their interactions with companies and public bodies.
Derbyshire Dales District Council is currently focused on improving and streamlining its online presence to enable residents to access information, report problems and pay for services at a time and place of their choosing.
We currently offer online access to a large body of information and a number of services, in addition to our payment line but feel that there is considerable room for improvement in how these are presented to our customers. We hope that a user friendly and intuitive service will encourage more people to interact with the District Council online and will result in more efficient services for customers and better use of our increasingly limited resources.
We want to put the customer at the centre of this process and would, therefore, be grateful if you would take the time to complete this questionnaire.
