Residents of Doveridge are being invited to have their say on a draft Neighbourhood Development Plan that has been prepared for the parish.
This plan proposal has now been formally submitted to Derbyshire Dales District Council. If eventually approved, it will become part of the statutory planning framework for the area and used by the District Council to decide planning applications in the parish.
Every household in the village is receiving a letter with additional information and a link to this online survey - open from today (30 October) to 11 December.
The survey is now closed.
The Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan and supporting documents can be inspected at the Town Hall in Matlock and also at Doveridge Village Stores and Post Office, The Doveridge Club, The Cavendish Arms in the village and Doveridge Primary School.
The survey asks respondents if they support, support with changes or oppose elements of the draft plan. Responses, together with any accompanying comments, will be made publicly available and will be forwarded to the Examiner at the next stage of Neighbourhood Plan development.
