‘How to find and win funding for your business' is the theme of two free workshops for Derbyshire Dales businesses.
The events which take place on the evenings of Tuesday 28th February in Wirksworth and Wednesday 8th March in Bakewell are the latest in a series of business improvement workshops organised by Derbyshire Dales District Council and Business Peak District.
Is your business ready to grow? Do you understand the different options available to finance your business growth? Do you need support in finding the relevant funding schemes? These interactive workshops will help you understand the options available to help your business grow.
Speakers will include Amanda Brown (Peak LEADER Programme Manager, Derbyshire Economic Partnership) and Heather Bradford (Business Advisor, Derbyshire Dales District Council).
Karen Henriksen (Head of Resources, Derbyshire Dales District Council) will outline the District Council's proposed spending plans for 2017/18 (28th February event only) The evenings will also include updates on other business support services and funding opportunities available to businesses looking to grow.
Chief Executive Dorcas Bunton who will be opening the events said:

As part of the D2N2 LEP Growth Hub, the District Council delivers Derbyshire Dales Business Advice, a free independent advice service for small and medium sized enterprises within the district. The business improvement workshops form part of this service which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Derbyshire Dales District Council.
