'Cost saving ideas' is the theme of a free workshop for Derbyshire Dales businesses on Monday 31 October.
The 5.30pm event at Hulland Ward Village Hall near Ashbourne is the latest in a series of business improvement workshops organised by Derbyshire Dales District Council and Business Peak District.
The evening will also include updates on business support services and funding opportunities available to businesses looking to grow and the latest on future changes to business rates.
Leader of Derbyshire Dales District Council, Councillor Lewis Rose OBE said:
"This free business improvement workshop forms part of our programme of events and aims to help local businesses find simple ways of generating cost savings throughout their operations.
"A real difference can be achieved through a better understanding of financial control, and our expert presenters have real life business experience and tips to make cost savings. What's more, it's a good opportunity for our local businesses to network, boost their knowledge and feed back ideas and views direct to the District Council."
