Severn Trent Water provides visitor parking at Carsington Water and the Upper Derwent Valley.

Visitor parking is provided at Cromford Wharf, close to Arkwright Mill, and at nearby Middleton Top and Black Rocks, both alongside the High Peak Trail.

Long and short stay car parks are located at Bakewell Bridge and Smith's Island, in the centre of Bakewell and accessed from Baslow Road. Both are pay and display, providing daytime parking only.
Most visitor attractions, retail outlets, hotels and guest houses are likely to provide dedicated visitor parking, but you are advised to check, prior to your visit.
