Holiday Leisure Pass Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. The following terms and conditions apply once payment has been received and you have been issued with your Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Pass.
  2. Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Passes entitle the bearer to unlimited use of the facility specific to the pass during public sessions only and subject to availability – we advise you to check the Derbyshire Dales District Council website or call the leisure centre of your choice for appropriate sessions and availability before visiting.
  3. Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Passes are valid on the date shown on the pass, which will be entered by the leisure centre staff when you first attend a leisure centre.
  4. 3 Day Passes are valid for 3 consecutive days only.
  5. Use of the fitness suite is subject to the undertaking of a mini induction to ensure safe use of equipment – please book a slot with a fitness instructor by calling the leisure centre of your choice.
  6. Your mini fitness suite induction is only valid for the period shown on your Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Pass. The mini induction does not enable you to use Derbyshire Dales Leisure Service's fitness suites following the expiry date shown on your pass.
  7. No refunds will be made except under exceptional circumstances.
  8. Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Pass may only be used by the named person or family.
  9. Our Child Swimming Admission Policy applies to Derbyshire Dales District Council swimming pools, see the Admission Policy page for details.
  10. Derbyshire Dales Holiday Leisure Pass must be shown on each visit otherwise a full charge will be payable.
  11. In some circumstances a facility may be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.
  12. The District Council reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw a pass to any person that contravenes these terms and conditions or the rules and regulations of the leisure facilities.
  13. Derbyshire Dales District Council is absolved from all liability for accidents to customers and their guests from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
  14. Normal car parking charges apply.
  15. The District Council reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
