 When you come to one of our fitness classes, make sure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, typically what you would wear to train at the gym. Don't forget to bring a drink to keep yourself hydrated throughout the class.

As there are limited spaces for X-Bikes - Indoor Cycling classes, we recommend that you book in advance however, there's no need to book in advance for our other classes, just make sure you turn up about 15 minutes before the start of the class.
