Local plan - minerals

Derbyshire County Council has prepared a local plan for minerals in partnership with Derby City Council.

It contains land use policies for all the mineral resources in Derbyshire, including sand and gravel, crushed rock, industrial limestone and coal.

The Plan was adopted in April 2000 and covers the period up to 2006.
