Gorseybank Conservation Area
Gorsey Bank Conservation Area is predominantly a rural area, located adjacent to, and continuous with, the south-east boundary of Wirksworth Conservation Area. It includes Providence Mill, Our Lady’s Church, Quarry Cottage and land and buildings to the north and south of Gorsey Bank.
The original designation of Gorsey Bank. Conservation Area was in January 1976. There have been no further amendments to the boundary. It currently comprises 3.2 hectares.

Within Gorsey Bank. Conservation Area there are 35 buildings, none of which are listed entries.
Gorsey Bank Conservation Area contains no Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
Buildings at Risk
There are no listed buildings within the Gorsey Bank Conservation Area, so none are recognised by the District Council as being ‘at risk’.
