The original designation of Callow Hall Conservation Area was in March 1981. There have been no further amendments. It currently comprises 11.7 hectares.
Within Callow Hall Conservation Area there are 2 buildings, both of which are Grade II listed entries.
Callow Hall Conservation Area contains no Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
None of the listed buildings within the Callow Hall Conservation Area are recognised by the District Council as being ‘at risk’.
