The Planning Search facility is now working again. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The Council are continually looking for efficiency savings. The acknowledgement of letters of representations is costly and all representations are available to view on the Council’s website. As a consequence of this it is no longer considered either necessary or cost efficient for the Council to acknowledge letters of representation. In view of this, as of the 1st April 2017, this Authority will no longer acknowledge receipt of representations relating to Planning applications. We aim to publish representations within 2 working days of receipt and they can be viewed online at:www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/PublicAccess.
By selecting the 'search' button above you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions.
If you wish to comment on a planning application, in order for it to be processed, please ensure your name and address are entered along with your comments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any comments made without these details.
Please note: the planning search system is unavailable between 1am and 6am to give the server time to back-up planning applications documentation.
Application documentation is only available online for those applications which were validated after July 2005.
