Local Development Scheme 2015-2018
Section 15 of the Planning & Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended by Section 111 of the Localism Act) requires that local planning authorities prepare a Local Development Scheme (LDS), which sets out the Council's programme for the preparation and adoption of Development Plan Documents (DPD).
The Local Development Scheme covers the period 2015-2018, and sets out the timetable for the preparation of the Revised Derbyshire Dales Local Plan, the resources required to take the plan forward, and the risks associated with its preparation.
The Local Development Scheme has been revised to take into account changes to legislation and regulations and the withdrawal of the Derbyshire Dales Local Plan Pre Submission Draft on 2ct October 2014. The Council has now revised the LDS which sets out information on the production of the Revised Derbyshire Dales Local Plan.
