Arc Leisure - Development StageLatest Projects

  • The Arc Leisure Centre (Matlock) opened in summer 2011.
  • A large extension to a chicken processing plant is in progress in the Ashbourne area and will be operational in the near future.
  • Chatsworth House have recently undertaken works to Public gallery areas and a general refurbishment.
  • Taste Tideswell has just opened with the help of national lottery funding, which provides tutoring sessions for cookery and other services.

Building Control News

  • The Building control fees have been updated as of October 1st 2010 which allows us to individually price larger jobs to be more competitive in an open market.
  • The new Part L and F of the Approved Documents have been released and made effective as of October 1st 2010.
