- Garage conversions

- Electrical work (can be done on the competent persons scheme)
- Replacement roof covering
- Some garages
- Some conservatories
Commerical
Most commercial work requires approval including:
- Any alterations to means of escape
- Changes of use
- Any new build project or extension
- Shop fronts
