Derbyshire Dales District Council's first Gambling Policy Statement came into effect in January 2007. The legislation requires that the policy must be published at least every three years and must also be reviewed from "time to time".
The District Council is now inviting comments on all or any aspect of the Draft Policy for 2010 - 2013.
