They are good for people who are looking to lose weight or have sedentary lifestyles. Routes are chosen to ensure the walks are on good surfaces for walking and designed to increase your heart rate.
Walks lasting about 60 - 90 minutes. These walks will ideally suit walkers who would like to go that little bit further. Walks may include some stiles and slight up-hill walking on rougher terrain.
Longer, more challenging walks lasting 90 - 120 minutes depending on the route and are likely to include stiles, uphill and downhill walking on rougher terrain.
