Fitness classes at Wirksworth
Welcome to our Fitness Class Programme. Our combination of highly qualified, approachable staff working in an informal atmosphere, make our well-structured group fitness classes a great place for you to work towards increasing your health and fitness levels. Have a look at our timetable of fitness class options to find the perfect class for you!
When you come to one of our fitness classes, make sure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, typically what you would wear to train at the gym. Don't forget to bring a drink to keep yourself hydrated throughout the class. All classes are aimed at those aged 16+.

Prices and how to book
All fitness classes cost £4.75* per class; £4.25* with Active Leisure Membership or free with our all inclusive exercise package - Active Leisure Plus. See our Membership Page for details.
We recommend that you book in advance for our classes - members can book up to 7 days in advance, non members up to 6 days in advance.
*concessions are also available.
Class information
50+ Session
A low intensity session suitable for people aged fifty and over. Includes cardiovascular work and low level weights to keep trim.

Circuit Training
This multi-station class is an excellent way to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina. All abilities welcome.
