Self Service
Council Taxpayers, Business Ratepayers, Benefit Claimants and the Landlords of Benefit Claimants can now log onto our secure Self Service system to view details of their accounts with us.
In addition, any other person can use the system to find freely available information about Council Tax bands or Business Rates rateable values for specific properties within the Derbyshire Dales District Council area.

Council Tax Band Search - to find the valuation band of a specific domestic property
Business Rates Rateable Value Search - to find the rateable value of a specific non-domestic property
Council Tax account login - to log into your own Council Tax account to see details including your account balance, your bill details and amounts you are due to pay, how your charge is made up, payments you have made and the documents sent to you.
Business Rates account login - to log into you own Business Rates account to see details including your account balance, your bill details and amounts you are due to pay, how your charge is made up, payments you have made and the documents sent to you.
Benefit Claimant login - to log into your benefit claim to see details including benefit payments we have made to you, how your benefit has been calculated, details of the household members and income we have used in the calculation, the content of entitlement letter we have sent you and details of any invoices you have been sent for overpaid housing benefit.
Landlord login - to log in to see details including the tenants in respect of who you have been paid housing benefit, a list of previous payments and next payment due to be paid to you, the content of entitlement letters we have sent you and details of any invoices you have been sent for overpaid housing benefit.
