Graffiti and flyposting

Graffiti and flyposting are illegal, antisocial activities that create a negative impression of an area and contribute to people's fear of crime

Under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 fly posting is classed as an act of graffiti and is dealt with accordingly. It is illegal to sell aerosol paints to anyone under the age of 16.
