We are not responsible for the provision of social care and health throughout the Derbyshire Dales, this is the responsibility of Derbyshire County Council.

People may need care and support because of their age, ill health, a disability, because they are caring for others, or during a crisis.

There are a range of options to support you to live your life, some of which are available from Derbyshire County Council, and others from independent organisations

Derbyshire County Council provides information, advice, care and support, and has a duty to protect people from harm, neglect and abuse.
