Consultation on Derbyshire Dales' Summary of Accounts
Each year we are legally required to produce a Statement of Accounts that provides information on the financial activities of the council and giving the overall financial position. Inevitably, much of the information in the document is of a technical nature satisfying both statutory requirements and local authority procedures.
A full copy of the Statement of Accounts is published on our website.
To try and provide information that is useful to the residents of the district, a summary of our accounts has been produced. However, we are seeking the views of residents and other stakeholders to establish what information they might wish to see in the summary of accounts in the future.
