Beat the queues and get your ticket for the Matlock Bath Illuminations fireworks events early. Tickets are available in advance from the Peak District Mining Museum in Matlock Bath and from the Tourist Information Centre, Crown Square, Matlock.

The Illuminations event is organised by Derbyshire Dales District Council and Director of Planning and Development Services, Dave Brooks said: “"The Fireworks are always very popular. Around 5,000 people attended the first fireworks night and 6,000 the second and we are expecting big crowds for the remaining Fireworks Event on Saturday 25 October. 

“We will be opening the Derwent Gardens ticket office at 5pm but tickets can also be bought in advance at the Tourist Information Centre in Matlock or from the Peak District Mining Museum in Matlock Bath. The decorated boats and entertainment in the Gardens add to the fun and we hope a great time will be had by all.”

Park and Ride services will operate on Saturday from 6pm from Derbyshire County Council Offices car park to Matlock Bath Station and from Cromford Meadows to Matlock Bath Pavilion.
