Showcase examples of local energy generation; show how communities can generate energy for themselves; develop opportunities and support emerging community projects; look at the best ways for communities to get organised to make a difference on climate change. FREE event at the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell open 10am to 4pm. Ever wondered about what leisure services are available in Bakewell, how to start your family tree, what benefits you might be entitled to, what services age concern offer, how to reduce your carbon footprint or what fun things you can make with recycled materials? Then come and find out the answers to these questions and whole host more. A healthy walk will be leaving the ABC during the morning *time to be confirmed* to book your place on this walk please contact 01629 761304 before Fri 14th Sept.
