Derbyshire Dales District Council is one of eight District Councils within Derbyshire and is made up of 39 locally elected Councillors who make decisions on how to improve the services for which it has responsibility.
The District Council is the lynchpin of local government, between Derbyshire County Council and numerous Parish/Town Councils and Parish Meetings that are elected to serve local communities throughout the District.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the District Council's Service please, in the first instance, contact the appropriate Department and make them aware of your problem. If, having done that, you feel the problem has not been satisfactorily resolved an Official Complaints Procedure is available.
